Build progress bar hangs forever when building with IL2CPP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Build the project
3. Observe the progress bar
Expected result: The project builds successfully
Actual result: The progress bar doesn't move after reaching "Building native library with IL2CPP..."
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a12
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1 (Project takes hours to open on these versions)
Notes:
1. 2022.2.0a12 took hours to open as well, but the build was successful
2. Further testing couldn't be done because of how much time it takes to test some versions

The Trilib project causes IL2CPP to generate code that makes the MSVC C++ compiler hang. We're not sure what is causing this hang.
