Branch Rotation can't be undone
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "SpeedTreeET"
2. Open the "s" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy, select the "Tree" GameObject
4. In the Inspector, select the "Branch Group" -> "Rotate Branch"
5. Rotate any branch in the Scene View
6. Click "Ctrl + Z"
Expected results: The rotation is undone
Actual results: The action before the rotation is undone, rotation can't be undone
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.21f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
