[Build] AssetBundle AppendHashToAssetBundleName breaks code stripping
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Switch to Android platform
3) In menu bar Build > AssetBundlesWithHash
4) Build > Player (this will build the player and auto deploy it onto a connected android device)
5) On Android device see terrain not rendering
6) Repeat steps 3-5 but do Build > AssetBundlesWithoutHash instead, and see terrain render on device
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0a1, 2017.4.18f1, 2017.3.2f1 on Windows Standalone and Android
