Asset Store and Unity Version Control doesn’t have “Hold Ctrl to drag and move” in their tooltips
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Hover over Main Unity Toolbar buttons
3. Observe their tooltips
4. Hover over Asset Store and Unity Version Control buttons
5. Observe their tooltips
Actual results: Only button names are displayed
Expected results: Button names and “Hold Ctrl to drag and move” is displayed
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a6
Couldn't reproduce with versions: 2021.3.55f1, 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1 (No “Hold Ctrl to drag and move” text in any of the Main Unity Toolbar buttons)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
