Asset Preview displays missing Material after the missing Material was restored
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open attached project
# Delete TestMat material
# Create a new material and name it "TestMat" - This could be easily done using version control if the User decides to reverse the made changes
# Open the Cube Prefab
# Reapply the Material and Save it. This is optional as the Cube model automatically picks the re-created material
# Observe the Cube Prefab's Preview in the Project Browser
*Actual results:* Cube's Preview displays a missing material
*Expected results:* Cube's Preview displays the restored material
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
*Tested on (OS):* macOS 15.2
*Notes:*
* Tested with Built-in and Universal RPs
* Using the Refresh option does not fix the Issue
* Using the Reimport option fixes the Inspector Preview, but the Asset Preview in the Project Browser remains broken.
* Closing and Reopening the Project does not fix the issue
* Only deleting the Library folder and restarting the Project resolves the issue
