AR Camera Background package rule appears twice in MARS Project Validation
+Synopsis+
MARS Project Validation includes this rule twice:
[AR Foundation AR Camera Background available] ‘AR Foundation’ package is not installed and is needed to display the device camera feed in your scene.
Is there actually an AR Camera Background package? Or is this rule above redundant with the following rule:
[Scene has AR Camera Background] An ‘AR Camera Background’ component on the main camera is required to have the device camera view displayed in your scene.

+How to See the Bug+
Open a MARS-enabled project.
Project settings > MARS > Project Validation
Choose the iOS tab.
Notice the duplicated rule near the bottom of the list.
