AnimationClipPlayable.Pause() doesn't pause animations upon entering Play Mode
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the attached asset package
3. Open SampleScene
4. Enter Play Mode
Actual: The left row animations don't pause
Reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1; 2021.1.0a1

Resolution Note:
Changing the behaviour as it may cause regression to existing projects. The problem is that since the animation is in culling mode, as soon as the object is visible, the animation with play, regardless of if it was paused or not. This check is done when entering the play mode and when the object visible state changes. This is why the pause seems to be working correctly when adding a delay, but if the object becomes not visible then visible again, due to the culling, the animation would play again.
