AddComponentMenu does not set custom name in Inspector when script is not added to a folder
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "AddComponentMenu.zip"
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Select any GameObject in the hierarchy
4. Press "Add Component" and add the "Custom Script Name" component
Expected result: Component name matches the name provided in AddComponentMenu ("Custom Script Name")
Actual result: Component name defaults to the class name ("Add Component Menu Script")
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b3
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1 (name in Inspector is always class name)
