[XR][WindowsMR][XRSDK] Game view is blank when using Post Processing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "WMR_PostProcessing" project
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Connect a WMR device and enter Play mode
Expected results: A cube with a bloom effect is displayed in the Game view
Actual results: The Game view is filled with solid gray color and the cube is not rendered
Reproducible with: 2019.2.12f1, 2020.1.0a13 (Windows XR Plugin 2.0.3)
Notes:
1. Could not test in 2017.4 and 2018.4 streams as the XR Management package was not yet introduced
2. Not reproducible when using Legacy VR
