[XR SDK] Player window image scaling is multiplied when Player window is resized
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable XR SDK (Project Settings->XR Plug-in Management)
3. Enable MockHMD Plug-in provider
4. Under Player settings -> Resolution and Presentation: enable "Resizable Window" and set Fullscreen Mode to Windowed.
5. Build and run the project
6. Resize Player
Expected result: Rendered image scales correctly
Actual result: Rendered image scales more than it should ("1L9kXkAynj.gif")
Reproducible with: 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
Not tested with: 2018.4.30f1 (XR SDK not available)

We're experiencing the issue in 2020.1.17f1, and would rather not risk updating all the way to 2020.1

I downloaded 2019.4.20f1 today, made a build and this issue is still there.
