[XR SDK] [HDRP] Left and Right eyes displays volumetric fog differently
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("VolumetricFog.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Look trough HMD to the sky
Expected result: Both eyes display volumetric fog the same
Actual result: Left and Righ eyes display volumetric fog different
Reproducible with: HDRP 10.2.0, 10.2.2 (2020.2.0b9, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1)
Not reproducible with: HDRP 10.1.0, (2020.2.0b9)
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1 (XR SDK not available), 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1 (HDRP 10.x available in 2020.2+)

A link to the fix was already posted in this related thread on the forum:
The bug fix commit has the label 'needs-backport-10.x', does that not mean that it should also be fixed in 10.x and not only in 11?
