[XR][Quest][Vulkan] Setting UI canvas to Overlay with OpenXR stops rendering some objects in scene
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Enable OpenXR for Android in player settings, set to Vulkan gxf api (default)
-2. Create a 2nd camera in scene and add to camera stack of main camera-
2. Create a UI canvas and set the mode to overlay
3. Create some other objects in scene (I had some primitives, maybe a dozen)
3. Build and run for Oculus Quest
*Actual results:*
Primitives do not seem to render
UI (which was in my 2nd camera), some terrain (not trees) and sprites seemed to still render
*Expected results:*
everything renders fine
*Reproducible with versions:*
2023.3
*Not reproducible with versions:*
2023.2
*Can't test with versions:*
*Tested on (OS):*
Android, Quest
*Notes:*
* I started with the test project located here [https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/xr.xrautomatedtests/tree/trunk/GraphicsTests/URPGraphicsTests]
* The xrautomated tests with this config seem to have missed this regression due to an issue with the test job not running any tests.
