[Xcode] "InfoPlist (English)" is required when "InfoPlist (English (United States))" already exists
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build the project for iOS
3. In the Xcode toolbar, go to "View" > "Navigators" > "Project"
4. Open the "InfoPlist" dropdown
Expected outcome: "InfoPlist (English)" is not required to exist
Actual outcome: "InfoPlist (English)" is required to exist even though "InfoPlist (English (United States))" exists
