[WSA] UWP builds hang when waiting for async calls
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Open the Test scene
4 .Build for WSA Universal
5. Open VS solution
6. Deploy on local machine
7. Observe the freeze
Actual results: UWP build freezes, the debug console does not show the results (5 and done)
Expected results: UWP build should not freeze, the results are shown in the debug console
Note:
Editor freezes right after the splash screen with 2017.1
Editor does not show the output with 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0p5, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
Not reproduced with: 5.6.3f1
