[WSA] 'Type' does not contain a definition for 'BaseType'
Methods of Type broken when exporting as a Windows Store App. If your code uses Type's "BaseType" this will run fine in editor and will compile properly for every other platform except Windows Store Apps platform.
Reproducible on 5.4.0b20, 5.4.0f1.
Repro steps:
1. open project "CoreTest.zip".
2. Build to WSA 8.1 or UWP and editor will hit the error:
Assets\Pixelplacement\Core\Initialization\CoreInitialization.cs(74,21): error CS1061: 'Type' does not contain a definition for 'BaseType' and no extension method 'BaseType' accepting a first argument of type 'Type' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
