Wrong layer number is being printed when printing out Physics.IgnoreRaycastLayer parameter
To reproduce:
1. Open my attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe console
Expected: IgnoreRaycastLayer is printed as 2
Actual: IgnoreRaycastLayer is printed as 4 (Water layer, check picture attached)
Reproduced in: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7
