[Windows] IME is delayed from switching to the Korean language in the editor
Reproduction steps:
- Open the user attached project
- Switch to Korean language input
- Press the Play button
- Press and hold any letter on the keyboard
- While holding the button, enter the input field in the middle of the Game view by clicking on it
Expected result: All letters in the input field are Korean characters
Actual result: The first letter is a Latin letter in the input field
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b5, 2023.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.1.28f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: it seems like Windows IME is providing a delay for switching from QWERTY layout to Korean. The problem does not reproducible in any other part of the operating system
