[Windows 7] Crash on BufferD3D11::BeginWrite when importing LWRP's TerrainLit material
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "BoatAttack-release-2019.1.zip" project
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2018.4.3f1.
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a7.
Notes:
2019.1 crashes when importing Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.lightweight/Runtime/Materials/TerrainLit.mat
2018.4 and 2018.3 crashes when importing Packages/com.verasl.water-system/Textures/WaterSurface.asset
Can't test 2018.1 as it crashes because of new prefabs.
It's harder to reproduce in 2019.2.0a1.
