White line is displayed at the bottom/right side of the Editor when Display Aspect Ratio is 16:10 or 16:9
Reproduction steps:
1. Set Display resolution to 2560x1600 and Display size to 125%
2. Open attached "case_1299998.zip" project
3. Maximize the Editor
4. Close the project
5. Reopen the project and observe the bottom of the Editor
Expected result: The bottom of the Editor is displayed properly
Actual result: White line is visible at the bottom of the Editor
Reproducible with: 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.14f1
Notes:
1. Issue disappears after resizing the Editor
2. Not reproducible with 4:3 Aspect Ratio
3. Not reproducible when Display Size is set to 100%, 250%, 300%, 350%

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
Underlying reason was some windows message loop processing gone slightly wrong when a progress bar is shown. This is duplicate of https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/editor-shows-that-play-mode-button-is-pressed-if-the-play-mode-button-is-pressed-while-a-script-hasnt-finished-compiling even if they don't sound related.
