When picking element with UI Toolkit Debugger, the picked button is pressed
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a Unity project
- Open the UI Toolkit Debugger via Window > UI Toolkit > Debugger
- Select 'Toolbar' under the 'Select a panel' dropdown
- Click 'Pick Element' and click the Play Icon in the Unity Editor
Actual results: The Play Icon is picked in the Debugger, however the Play button is also pressed and the Editor enters playmode.
Expected results: The Play Icon is picked in the Debugger and the Play button is not pressed in the Editor.
