When modifying a script in Play mode, Bolt will pop up the configuration wizard.
When the Editor is in play mode, and the user modifies and saves a script, Bolt will always pop the setup wizard.
1) Install Unity 2020.1.0
2) Open the project.
3) Go to Edit->Settings, and change "Script Changes While Playing" to "Stop Playing And Recompile"
4) Open the scene MoveTest/Level0_sandbox
5) Enter play mode
6) Modify any script, and save.
Expected: Unity should exit play mode, compile scripts, and no Bolt wizard should appear
Actual: Bolt wizard appears.

This is very annoying and makes using Bolt with traditional scripting counter-productive.
