[WebGPU] clearing 2d array texture only clears first slice
Steps to reproduce:
CommandBuffer cmd = new CommandBuffer();
RenderTargetIdentifier rtId = new RenderTargetIdentifier(arrayTexture, 0, CubemapFace.Unknown, RenderTargetIdentifier.AllDepthSlices);
cmd.SetRenderTarget(rtId);
cmd.ClearRenderTarget(false, true, clearColor * 0.5f);
Graphics.ExecuteCommandBuffer(cmd);
cmd.Release();
Actual results:
Only the first array slice is cleared.
Expected results:
All array slices are cleared.
