WebGL Publisher Interface breaks or crashes when changing version from 3.0.0 or 4.0.1
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "Unity Playground"
2. Update or downgrade the WebGL Publisher Package
3. Press Publish -> WebGL Project
Expected result: The Package is updated and continues to work
Actual result: Interface of the UI breaks or Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 3.0.0, 4.0.1 (2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 2.0.3, 2.1.0 (2018.4.29f1)
Notes: Reproduces on Windows but not MacOS
