[WebGL] [General] GameObject with Character Controller stops colliding with colliders after Scene reload on WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “CharacterController collision test.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Switch to WebGL platform
4. Build and Run and wait
Expected result: GameObject with Character Controller doesn't clip into the ground
Actual result: GameObject with Character Controller ignores colliders and clips into the ground
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.6f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.7f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a2
Notes:
- GameObject with Character Controller should clip into the ground within 5 minutes of leaving the WebGL Player running
- Not reproducible in Standalone Player or Editor
