[VR] Rift goggles remain blank after toggling power or disconnecting/reconnecitng cables
When running a standalone player or using Play mode in the Unity Editor if you toggle power on DK2 (or disconnect then reconnect the two DK2 USB cables) then you have Game view responding to head tracking but nothing appearing in the headset.
