Volumetric fog is not rendered around GameObjects that are baked with APV when Sky Occlusion is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SkyOcclusionBugs" project
2. Open the "OutdoorsScene" scene
3. Generate Lighting (Window > Rendering > Lighting > Adaptive Probe Volumes > Generate Lighting)
4. Select the “Adaptive Probe Volume” GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. In the Inspector press Bake Probe Volumes
6. Observe the GameObjects in the Scene view
Expected result: Volumetric fog is rendered around both Cube GameObjects

Not reproducible with: 6000.0.10f1 (413673acabac)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
