Text highlighting in Package Manager descriptions stays active when right-click is performed while holding the left mouse button down
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Select any package from the list
4. Try highlighting any text in the description of the text
5. While highlighting, right-click, then press Copy
6. Move the mouse around in the description and observe
Actual result: The text is highlighted the same
Expected result: The text is being actively highlighted to wherever the cursor is
Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
