Visual Effect Control Track continues looping when Wrap Mode is set to Hold
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-95291" project
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The Cube moves to the right, and in the middle of the animation the visual effect is triggered once
Actual result: The visual effect continues being periodically triggered while the Cube remains in its final position
Reproducible in: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: When a Visual Effect component is controlled through a Visual Effect Control Track on a Timeline, if the Wrap mode is set to Hold, the Visual Effect Control Track loops, while other tracks remain held on the final frame
