Visual artifacts appear when window is being minimized and reopened using right-click mouse button
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1201766.zip' project from the link given in Edit
2. Build And Run project
3. Once project is opened go to Settings
4. Set Mode to Full Screen
5. Set Mode to Windowed
6. Change Screen Resolution to 800x600
7. Minimize game
8. Right-click mouse on the game tab and open it
9. Repeat 7 and 8 steps
Expected result: Game opens without the vertical line artifacts
Actual result: Vertical line artifacts appear when the game window is reopened
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 due to namespaces errors
Notes:
1. Video and project of reproduction attached in Edit
2. Reproducible with nvidia GTX 1060, nvidia GTX 960m, Radeon Pro WX 5100
3. Changing resolution or mode to fullscreen/windowed increases the chance to reproduce the issue
4. Reproducible on DirectX 11, Vulkan graphics APIs
5. Could not reproduce crash consistently
