VirtualCamera position can't be adjusted in the Inspector when Follow and Look At are assigned
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "CinemachineIssues.zip" project
2. Select the "CM vcam1" GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Try adjusting the position values in the Inspector
Expected result: VirtualCamera position can be adjusted in the Inspector
Actual result: VirtualCamera position can't be adjusted in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 2.8.0 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5)
Note:
- The VirtualCamera position can be adjusted in the Scene view with the selection arrows

Resolution Note:
The indicated CM vcam is controlled by a Transposer and Composer. It's normal that it can't be manually repositioned or rotated.
