View on the Build does not match Game view in the Editor when calling OnPreRender and OnPostRender
To reproduce:
1. Open the "testscene" in the attached project
2. Note that the cube appears foggy in the Game view due to the "CameraEnvironmentScript" attached to the Camera
3. Build and Run the project
Desired outcome: The cube on the Build looks the same as the one in the Game view in the Editor.
Actual result: The cube on the Build looks different from the one in the Game view in the Editor.
Reproduced with 5.5.1f1, 5.5.4p3, 5.6.0b3, 5.6.3p1, 2017.1.0p5, 2017.2.0b8, 2017.3.0a5
