[VideoPlayer][h264] Several frames at the start of the video are cut off on macOS and iOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Play the 'ReproScene' scene.
3. Click 'h264 Short' button.
Actual behavior:
You will hear 'Age'
Expected behavior:
You will hear 'Cage'
