[VFX] [HDRP] Release build crashes when instantiating a lot of prefabs with VFX graph instances
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1225659-vfxgraphcrash.zip")
2. Make a standalone (release) build and run it
3. Move around the scene for ~10s
Reproducible with: 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4
Couldn't test with: 2017.4 (package is not supported), 2018.4 (project breaking after downgrade)
Reproducible with package versions: 7.0.0, 8.0.1
Notes:
1. The issue does not reproduce in Editor
2. The issue does not reproduce on Mac OS
3. The issue does not reproduce on Development builds
