[VFX Graph][Oculus][Vulkan] Line Output is not visible on Oculus

How to reproduce:
# Import the attached package to the project
# Switch Graphics API to Vulkan
# Deploy the scene to Oculus

Expected results:

All the transparent and opaque outputs are visible

Actual results:

Native Transparent, Non Transparent Line Outputs are not visible on Oculus

Note: this test scene is freestyle I didn't have a chance to check it on Oculus. Main test is here performed earlier:

    Can't reproduce on 2023.1.0a22 (df30e7364598)
