[VFX] Frame Gizmos icon in Play Controls for VFX component is blurred
Image icon used for Frame Gizmos in Play Controls for VFX component is blurred. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Package Manager > Install VFX package
3) GameObject > Visual Effects > Visual Effect
4) Assign an asset template
Actual result: Image icon used for Frame Gizmos is blurred
Expected result: Image icon used for Frame Gizmos should not be blurred
Occurring in: 2021.1.0a8, 2020.2.0b14, 2020.1.9f1, 2019.4.12f1 with VFX package version 10.2, 9.0.0, 7.3.1

Fixed in HDRP 12.1.0 which is available in Unity 2021.2.0b16 and above
