VFX are not Rendered in the Scene view if they are spawned as an Entity in a SubScene and Live Game State Link Mode is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1324360"
2. Open the NewScene
3. Observe the Hierarch that one VFX object is in the Main Scene and the other one is in the SubScene
4. Enable the NewSubscene
5. Check if the DOTS Live Link Mode is set to - "SceneView: Live Game State"
6. Enter Play mode
7. Observe the Scene view
Expected results: Both VFX objects are rendered
Actual results: Only the VFX object inside the main scene is rendered
Reproducible with: 0.11.0-preview.42(2020.3.8f1) 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Not reproducilbe with: 0.5.2-preview.4(2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1), 0.10.0-preview.21(2020.3.8f1)
Notes:
1. Switching the Live Link Mode is set to - "SceneView: Editing State" resolves the issue
