Vertical and horizontal scrollbars appear and disappear when dragging an attribute to a different position within the Shader Graph Hierarchy
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ScrollbarsTest“ project
2. Navigate to the “Test” Shader Graph (Assets → “Test”)
3. In the Hierarchy of the “Test” Shader Graph, move the attributes to the top and bottom of the list
4. Observe the horizontal and vertical scrollbars
Expected result: No scrollbars appear
Actual result: Vertical and horizontal scrollbars are appearing
Reproducible with: 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.49f1,
Reproducible environments: Windows 10
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
