Usability issue: Inform user that at least one property needs to be added to an Animation before keyframes can be added
Currently, if you create a new animation through the animation window and you click on the Add Keyframe button nothing happens. It would be nice if the user would be informed they have to add at least one property first (or at a minimum have the button disabled/not visible if no properties are there yet or improve the current tooltip for the button which just says `Add Keyframe`
