Yes
[URP] Render features with event AfterRendering or AfterRenderingPostProcessing are ignored when post-processing is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. In the Search Bar of the Project window search for “URP-High Fidelity-Renderer”
4. Select the “URP-High Fidelity-Renderer”
5. In the Inspector Window turn on and off the Post Processing setting
Expected result: The Cube is always fully seen through the Plane GameObject
Actual result: Turning on Post-Processing hides the bottom half of the Cube GameObject
Reproducible with: 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a14), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b12), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.12f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.21f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a13)
Couldn’t test with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.41f1) - No Post Processing setting
Reproducible on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
