[URP][Adreno] Didther material is rendered in magenta on Adreno 3XX devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure OcclusionEffect scene is added to build settings
3. Build & Run project on device
Expected result: no rendering issues
Actual result: the cube is rendered in magenta when overlaps with objects
Reproducible: 2021.2.0a10 (URP 12.0)
