Asset References are lost when the Project is reloaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (Type Definition Location Bug.zip)
2. Select "Test Inside DLL.asset"
3. Assign the "Child Outside DLL.asset" to both referennce fields
4. Close the Unity editor
5. Restart it
6. Select "Test Inside DLL.asset"
Expected result: Outside child is assigned to Base Reference Field
Actual result: Outside child is assigned to Base Reference Field
Reproducible with: 2018.1.9f2
Not reproducible with: 2018.2.7f1, 2017.4.11f1, 2017.3f1
Could not test with: 2018.2.0a2(does not let select the same DLL for object and base reference)
