UnityEngine.VR.InputTracking.disablePositionalTracking
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the latest project("Stripped.zip")
2. Enter Playmode
3. Observe Console logs
Expected result: InputTracking is disabled and will not change the camera position, log will always stay the same
Actual result: InputTracking false does not turn off tracking
Reproduced on 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a6
Not reproduced on 5.6.3p2
