Unity tries to find a not existing classes.jar file in play-services.aar which results in failing Android build
Error: "IOException: Failed to Move File / Directory from 'Temp/StagingArea\android-libraries\play-services-10.2.0\classes.jar' to 'Temp/StagingArea\android-libraries\play-services-10.2.0\libs\classes.jar'."
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Try to build for Android
-failed to move classes.jar file error appears
Actual result: Unity is trying to move a classes.jar file that doesn't exist.
Expected result: Unity shouldn't look for a file which doesn't exist in the first place.
Note: play-services.aar file is taken from "android\extras\google\m2repository\com\google\android\gms\play-services\10.2.0"
Reproduced with: 5.5.4p2, 5.6.3p1, 2017.3.0a4
