[macOS] Unity opens up on primary monitor when moved and maximized on secondary monitor.
While using a dual monitor setup, unity opens up on the primary monitor when moved and maximized on the secondary monitor or vice versa.
Steps to Reproduce.
1. Open the editor on a two monitor setup system.
2. Double click on it to maximize. (If it's not maximized)
3. Drag and Drop unity on the secondary monitor.
4. Double click on unity to maximize.
Expected Result: Editor should maximize on the secondary monitor.
Observed Result: Editor opens up in the primary monitor.
Reproducible On: 2018.3.0a10 , 2018.2.0f2, 2018.1.0f2, 2017.3.0f2, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.1.0f3
Environment:
Occurs only on mac.
