Changes are not applied when selecting Platform settings for Plugins
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-91835_MyUnityProject“ project
2. Navigate to Assets/Plugins/myplugin
3. In the Inspector window, make sure Standalone is checked
4. From the Platform settings change the CPU to “Apple silicon” or “Any CPU”
5. Click “Apply”
6. Observe the CPU field revert changes
Expected result: Changes are applied
Actual result: Changes are reverted

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.8f1, 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS 15.2 (M1 Max), Windows 11
