Unity Hub toolbar icon is barely visible when Windows is set to Light mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Observe the toolbar icon
Expected result: The icon is clearly visible
Actual result: The icon is barely noticeable
Reproducible with: 3.4.0, 3.5.0
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 Pro with a Light mode
