Unity editor freezes or crashes when changing platform to Android
Reproduction steps:
1. Download project "AbilityDraft_Client.zip" and open in Unity
2. Go to File -> Build Settings...
3. Change platform to Android
Expected: the platform is changed to Android
Actual: Unity editor freezes or crashes
Reproduced on: 2018.2.0b8; 2018.3.0a4
Not reproduced on: 2018.2.0b7; 2018.1.7f1
Regression introduced: 2018.2.0b8
Reproduced with:
Samsung Galaxy S9, Android: 8.0.0
Note: if trying to open a project with the platform set to Android a project does not open
