Unity crashes with cppShutdownSubstance on Play Mode when project folder has non-latin characters
How to reproduce:
1. Name the user's project folder with non-latin characters
2. Open the user's project
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor keeps working
Actual result: Crash occurs
Reproducible with - 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a7
Not reproducible with - 2017.1.5f1
