Unity crashes after creating new scene from Project window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity;
2. Create new project and scene;
3. In 'Assets' window of 'Project' tab right mouse click -> Create -> Scene;
4. Either click anywhere in 'Assets' window or press Enter button.
Actual result:
Editor crashes with CollectSaveSceneDependencies::GenerateInstanceID(int, TransferMetaFlags) in the last stacktrace.

Regression introduced in 5.4.0b2.
Expected result:
Editor should not crash when creating new scene in 'Project' window.
Notes:
- Reproduces on both Windows 10 and OSX 10.11.2;
- Doesn't reproduce in 5.4.0b1 and 5.3.1p1;
- Doesn't reproduce when creating new scene via File tab.
