Unity can only display one Web Camera at once when trying to use Multiple Web Cameras
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Open the scene "Test_WebCam_1"
3. Press Play
Expected result: Both cameras show up
Actual result: Only one camera is displayed, the other one is 16x16, not working (in my test case)
Reproducible with - 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2
Could not test with - 2018.4 (project errors)
*This is causing a hard crash on OSX*

Resolution Note:
The logic supplied with the project reproducing the issue was setting WebCamTexture.name instead of WebCamTexture.deviceName as the Unity documentation explains (https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/WebCamTexture-deviceName.html).
